International School Education Relocation Services
(Our founder, Eric, has experience as a Japanese language teacher at an international school.)
We provide support in three stages:
A. International School Tours
- Pre-tour consultation
- School tour arrangements and appointment booking through Tabiniko
- Interpretation services during school visits
- Transportation between schools (one vehicle provided)
- Visits to 1–3 schools per day
B. School Admissions Support
- Communication with schools regarding enrollment requirements
- Entrance examination scheduling
- Student visa application guidance
- Parent visa application guidance (one parent only)
- Assistance in preparing documents required for visa applications
- Medical insurance enrollment support required for student and parent visas
- Uniform and textbook purchasing assistance (without accompaniment)
- Bank account opening consultation (without accompaniment)
- Guidance on required documents
- One copy each of birth certificate and marriage certificate
- Assistance with application submission and document collection at the relevant embassy in Malaysia (collection may be on a separate date)
- Assistance in preparing required documents
- Coordination with schools and banks regarding account opening
- Accompaniment during the initial bank account opening process
If you are renting an apartment, he will also provide rental support services and advise you on the surrounding environment.
C. School Life Support
- Accompaniment during parent-teacher meetings
- Interpretation support during meetings
- Basic communication with schools is handled by parents; consultation is available when assistance is needed
- Assistance with school communication when necessary
- Visa-related matters are not included
(Examples: school requests, inquiries, or assistance with school-related issues)
The starting point of studying abroad is for your child’s study, so Tabiniko places importance on 【School Regular Meeting with teacher】 that you can ask about your child’s situation. We communicate face to face with the teachers and check the child’s study status, class situation, and so on.
Tabiniko can accompany parents during meetings and provide interpretation support.
We also offer Living Support services, which can be used together with School Life Support.
Combining School Life Support and Living Support helps make life in Malaysia smoother and more comfortable.

Tabiniko Relocation Support Services
We provide support through three stages for clients relocating to Malaysia:
A. Rental Support
- Residential Area Consultation
- Multilingual support in Chinese, Japanese, and English
- Coordination and negotiation with property agents and landlords
- Assistance in searching for suitable properties, including listings from multiple agencies
- Guidance on the rental process and key considerations
- Property viewing arrangements (up to two viewing sessions)
(This service covers support from property viewing through tenancy agreement signing. If a property is rented through another agent, contract-related support will not be included.)
If you chose to use [Rental support] + [After moving in Support] at the same time, in term of staying in Malaysia, it will be more smooth and secure.
B. Living Support
- Assistance with day-to-day living matters in Malaysia
- Message-based support and simple interpretation assistance
- Support is provided based on individual needs and circumstances
- In-person assistance or site visits may incur additional charges
- The service period is aligned with the tenancy agreement period
Regarding Vehicles
- If you purchase a car through our company, we will also provide after-sales support following the purchase, including car insurance and road tax renewal.
Regarding Insurance and Medical-Related Matters
- If you purchase insurance through our company, we will also provide post-purchase support.
Living Support begins once payment has been received. Clients may seek assistance before relocating to Malaysia, including advice on moving preparations, daily living matters, and general relocation enquiries.
Support continues throughout the tenancy period, providing ongoing assistance as needed.
We provide support before and after relocating to Malaysia. What is required when moving to Malaysia? What preparations should be made?
She also shares useful local insights and everyday living information to help clients settle into life in Malaysia with greater confidence.
Many people find it difficult to locate someone they can consult with after moving to Malaysia. Adapting to a different environment and language can be challenging, so we provide comprehensive support until you become fully accustomed to life here. Of course, you are also welcome to consult us about anything even before you move to Malaysia, if you wish.

C. Post-Move-In Support
- Assistance with communication between tenants, landlords, and property management
- Coordination of repair and maintenance services
- Support with move-out procedures and deposit return matters
- Consultation and assistance for rental-related issues
Post-Move-In Support is provided for one year from the move-in date.
Support is available on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (excluding late-night and early-morning hours), and we strive to respond as promptly as possible.
Should our team be travelling or temporarily outside Malaysia, urgent matters will be prioritised, while other requests will be attended to as soon as reasonably possible.
Japan has a strong customer-first service culture, and customers are often seen as being in a higher position than landlords. However, in Malaysia, customers are simply customers and are not placed in a higher position. Customers and landlords are regarded as being on equal footing. Therefore, we act as negotiators in order to avoid conflicts.

D. Pre-Arrival Move-In Service
- Before your arrival in Malaysia, we can collect the house keys on your behalf. Please contact us for more details.
E. Household Shopping Assistance
Clients who use our Rental Support, Living Support, Post-Move-In Support, and Pre-Arrival Move-In Service package are eligible for complimentary household shopping assistance after arrival in Malaysia.
We can help purchase essential household items, including:
- Toilet paper, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwashing and cleaning products, garbage bags and household supplies, basic food items, seasonings, coffee and snacks, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, and other daily necessities
The shopping assistance service is free of charge. Clients only pay for the actual cost of the purchased items, and a copy of the receipt will be provided.
Please note that this service is intended for commonly available household necessities. Certain items may occasionally be unavailable due to local stock conditions.
Our goal is to help clients settle into their new home more comfortably, so that essential daily necessities are ready upon arrival in Malaysia.
Vehicle Purchase Support
We provide support in two stages:
A. Vehicle Purchase Support
- Assistance in sourcing suitable new or used vehicles
- Vehicle video viewing and condition updates
- Communication and coordination with dealers
- Assistance with vehicle inspections arranged through authorised inspection agencies in Malaysia
- Assistance with ownership transfer procedures
- Used vehicle ownership transfers and new vehicle deliveries are completed at the designated dealership or service centre
B. Post-Purchase Vehicle Support
Clients who subscribe to the Living Support Service may receive Post-Purchase Vehicle Support at no additional charge.
For clients who do not subscribe to the Living Support Service, separate service fees may apply.
Services include:
- Assistance with vehicle insurance and Road Tax matters (initial registration included during the purchase process)
- Vehicle inspection reminders and follow-up support
- Support via phone and messaging
- Assistance and guidance in the event of a traffic accident (subject to the situation)
