TABINIKO's Heartfelt Hospitality & Relocation Support

Erik & Aya Family

We are here to support your relocation to Malaysia

In Malaysia, unlike in Japan, things often do not go smoothly. Many people experience culture shock right after arriving because of this. Since the initial period can be truly challenging, Tabiniko is dedicated to providing full support—incorporating plenty of local knowledge and handling negotiations on your behalf—to minimize your hardships and ensure a smooth transition.

In particular, many families with children tend to feel unwell after relocating. By providing our support, we strive to reduce the burden on our clients as much as possible after their move.

Unlike other companies, we also respond outside of regular weekday hours, as well as on weekends and public holidays. (Please refrain from contacting us during the late night to early morning hours.)

【Tabiniko's Hospitality Relocation Support Testimonies】

Malaysia Agent who really helped me during my aboard to Malaysia and was great to ask them ♡ While I was in Japan, they not only gave me a viewing of the room and help me to check and repair a certain room defects, they also help to buy the minimum daily necessities so that I wouldn't have to worry about living for a while after moving in!! It was a lot of trouble at first before, so I'm really glad I asked them for help!! To tell the truth, we asked a different agent that our school asked for, but honestly, 'Huh? There are sometime I doubting ... However, I never felt that way at Erik's place, and his wife, who helps me with his work, contacted me so frequently that I was surprised. Even after moving in, I'm asking thier living support service for follow-up for a year. If there's anything I can talk to, I feel relieved.♡

I felt very reassured by the frequent contact that the agent had made even during the preparations for our moving house, and on the first day I was exhausted from traveling with so much luggage, but this kind of support and hospitality saved me. Thanks to you, my life in Malaysia has been off to a good start

While Malaysia doesn't have a universal health insurance system, government subsidies keep costs low at public hospitals, and even private GP clinics are quite affordable. By contrast, large private hospitals and clinics serving expatriates and professional foreign residents are more expensive, but offer better facilities. On the blog, Tabiniko Aya shares how she actually uses both—going to a local clinic for a minor cold, and relying on private hospitals with insurance for anything more serious.
