It was a pleasure meeting you today, thank you for your warm hospitality. You gave a lot of thought to our situation and taught us so much, I cried. Above all, it was the hospitality that conveyed love and kindness from the heart. It was the best gift than anything money can't buy and I can only thank you for making and preparing so many things for us in your very busy schedule. I was so moved, I couldn't stop crying, it was too good! Please take care of me too until I die (lol). If any of your friends want to come to Malaysia, I'll be happy to refer them to you. I think Erik-san is very popular with Japanese people. He is polite, responsible, and trustworthy. He spoke not only Japanese and English, but also Malay and Chinese, depending on the situation. He was also very punctual, and we were able to trust him because he supported us in every detail. Thanks to Erik-san, we were able to start our immigration/LongStay without stress, even though we had no idea what to expect. Thank you very much. My husband wants to work with Erik-san again. I am secretly hoping that we will have such a chance again. I think there are many Japanese who would rather have a connection with Erik-san and Aya-san without having to make a sales pitch.

Sightseeing Tour of Malaysia

Mr. and Mrs. Erik-san lead us a one-day sightseeing of Malaysia with our employees who came to visit from Japan. The food at all the wonderful restaurants and cafes, which are not listed in the guidebooks, was excellent! The two of them also knew of some great places for kids to have fun, and it was a fun day of valuable experiences that we could only have in Malaysia.

I tried to sign a property contract on my own while in Japan, but the real estate agent was not responding, I could not go to the property inspection, and I was having trouble negotiating the rent and furniture and appliances. I asked Erik to take over for me and he did the viewing, negotiation, and even confirmed the contract. I also needed internet immediately after arriving in Japan, and Erik was able to get me the contract ahead of time, which was very helpful.
I was anxious about signing a cell phone contract after my flight, but Erik came with me on the same day after the property was handed over to me and helped me out. When our child developed a fever, his wife gave us advice on how to go to the hospital, etc. They have been very helpful to us both before and after our trip!

Malaysia Agent who really helped me during my aboard to Malaysia and was great to ask them ♡
While I was in Japan, they not only gave me a viewing of the room and help me to check and repair a certain room defects, they also help to buy the minimum daily necessities so that I wouldn't have to worry about living for a while after moving in!!
It was a lot of trouble at first before, so I'm really glad I asked them for help!!
To tell the truth, we asked a different agent that our school asked for, but honestly, "Huh? There are sometime I doubting …
However, I never felt that way at Erik's place, and his wife, who helps me with his work, contacted me so frequently that I was surprised.
Even after moving in, I'm asking thier living support service for follow-up for a year. If there's anything I can talk to, I feel relieved.
