Today, we’re introducing a lakeside condominium-style hotel located in the Serdang (Seri Kembangan) area in southern Kuala Lumpur, right on the border between the city and the suburbs! It’s situated right next to the long-standing local mall, Mines Shopping Mall, and is just a 3-minute walk from KTM Serdang Station.
With a shopping center right next door, both shopping and dining are incredibly convenient, making this a top pick for both long-stay and short-stay visitors. The station is also nearby, so this condominium is particularly easy to live in, even for those without a car. But above all, the stunning lake views are truly refreshing and rejuvenating for the soul!
The breeze from the lake feels so refreshing, making it highly recommended to take morning and evening strolls either around the base of the condominium or in the shared spaces on the 7th floor. These shared areas connect all five buildings of the condominium complex and feature two swimming pools, a children’s pool, a gym, a kids’ play area, and rest zones, all available for your free use.

Here is the 2LDK dining area.
The ceiling height is a generous 3.4m, and in some rooms, the breeze flows through freely, so you don’t even need the air conditioner during the day.
Another great feature is that the kitchen is equipped with a gas stove! (Available for annual rentals only.) Since I cook every day, I definitely prefer gas. ~ It’s not shown in the photo, but there is a proper living room area as well!

The shower uses a tank-type water heater, so you can use it with peace of mind.
This photo captures the view from the 7th floor. The condominium complex consists of five buildings, with a small stream winding through the grounds. While taking a stroll, you might even get lucky enough to spot a swan or a white flamingo! On particularly sunny days, you can often see them basking in the sunlight. I was even able to catch a close-up view myself!
The sunset behind the palm trees was beautiful. It’s a scene you’d only see in the tropics～( ˘•ω•˘ )
