Yearly rentals Generally, children are not permitted to stay. For long-term residents, the minimum age requirement is typically 55 years old and above. Sunway Sanctuary is designed mainly for seniors who are able to live independently. However, the residence is fully barrier-free and equipped to support wheelchair users and the use of medical beds. It is also utilized as a rehabilitation residence for patients from Sunway Medical Centre.

For guests staying as medical patients, such as those requiring rehabilitation after surgery or medical treatment, the 55-year-old minimum age requirement does not apply.

Deluxe Studio Monthly Rental

The monthly rental fee for a Deluxe Studio starts from RM8,800+.

An additional resident will incur a 30% surcharge.

“+” indicates that the 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST) will be added.

Prices are based on rates as of July 1, 2025 and are subject to change.

As this is a rental arrangement, tenants are required to pay a security deposit equivalent to approximately two months’ rental, plus one month’s rental and other related charges.
