It is located in Higashi-Shinjuku and Shin-Okubo lifestyle areas with convenient transportation and abundant living functions. Although the apartment is located in a quiet residential area, our building is surrounded by a variety of restaurants (in addition to Japanese cuisine, Shin-Okubo is also the base of Korean cuisine and various Asian restaurants), large and small supermarkets, Donkihode Stores, hundred-yuan stores, drug stores and convenience stores.
Nearby Waseda University (Faculty of Science and Technology). It is only 15-minute walk to the bustling student area: Takadanobaba and 20 minutes to Shinjuku Sanchome: Isetan Department Store, Lumine Department Store and Bic Camera.
