Potato Salad [Aya Mama Kitchen]

Ingredients

(1) potato 400g

(2) cucumber half cut

(3) onion half cut

(4) mayonnaise 3 to 4 tablespoon

seasoning A

(1) vinegar 2 tablespoon

(2) cooking oil 2 tablespoon

(3) Salt 1/4 teaspoon

slice the onion thinly and leave it 1 hour to get rid of the onion sharp taste.

Also, if dont slice the onion thinly, then the onion sharp taste will be remained.

In case of your are in a hurry, wash it with water consider OK but it will causethe removal of nutrient.

Slice the cucumber thinly and mix them with a teaspoon of salt. Leave them 15 to 20 min.

After that, squeeze excess water off.

Heat up the potato~with microwave about 7 to 8min.

Use the bamboo skewer to text if slip into it, then OK.

However, if bamboo skewer couldn’t slip into it, heat it up again. Remove the left water.

Allow the potato to cool but need to peel it before it become too ‘cool’. (It’s easy to peel when it still warm. )

Put in seasoning A into a deep dish and mix them up. After that put in onion and mix again.

5、

In the other hand, cut the peelled potato into 1 inchi square shape.

Smach the potato.

6、

Mix up with cucumber and mayonnaise and its all done !!

※ The key point is need to squeeze excess water off totally. Otherwise your potato salad will become watery.
