[16,154 individuals returned to Malaysia from abroad and underwent mandatory quarantine]

From April 3 to April 17, a total of 4,218 people completed their isolation and returned home. Approximately 300 locations have been utilized as isolation centers.

Local authorities have disinfected 3,332 areas across 190 districts, targeting 30 red zones.

There isn’t much information available about which areas have been disinfected, but I’m pretty sure I heard the loud noise of fogging for dengue control the other day. However, I didn’t catch that strong chemical smell typically associated with dengue sprays. Maybe that’s it…
