[Pandemic] 30 [From April 1, outings/shopping limited to within 10KM]

[From April 1, outings and grocery shopping are restricted to within a 10km radius]
Until April 14, you can only purchase food, essential goods, pharmaceuticals, and nutritional supplements within a 10 km radius of your home. Accompanying others is not permitted unless there is a reasonable justification.
Those who need to travel to another region must have a “special and specific reason” and obtain approval documents from their local police station.
Going out is limited to using delivery services, purchasing daily necessities, medicines, and nutritional supplements, or visiting healthcare providers for medical services or essential services.
Basic services provided under the movement control order include food supplies, water, energy, telecommunications, internet access, security and defense, waste and public sanitation management, sewerage, and nutritional supplements. Other services related to banking, finance, mail-order sales, and delivery are also covered. However, you are not permitted to attend gatherings for religious, sports, leisure, social, or cultural reasons.
Those who violate regulations or fail to comply with authorities’ directives commit an offense and may be liable to a fine of up to RM1,000, imprisonment for up to six months, or both.
I’ll continue to update this.
Let’s stay calm and fight COVID-19 together. In response to the impact of the novel coronavirus, Malaysia announced a “Movement Control Order” (MCO) from March 18 to March 31, effective as of 10:00 PM on March 16 (Malaysia Time), which corresponds to 11:00 PM Japan Time. In short, this order prohibits foreigners from entering the country and prevents Malaysian citizens from leaving the country.
