Let’s stay calm and tackle the COVID-19 challenge together. In response to the impact of the novel coronavirus, Malaysia announced an “Movement Control Order” (MCO) from March 18 to March 31, effective as of 10:00 PM on March 16 (Malaysia Time), which corresponds to 11:00 PM Japan Time. In short, this order prohibits foreigners from entering the country and prevents Malaysian citizens from leaving.
