This time, is the same developer and would like to introduce Nobleton Crest Luxury low-rise condominium. What is a low-rise condominium? I wonder what it’s look like. ■「１．Until October 2020」：

「Property Location + Station & Building information」：

Nobleton Crest, is a five-story duplex “low-rise condominium” that I has never been introduced before. Nobleton Crest, just about a 10-minute drive to Kuala Lumpur’s famous Twin Towers Mall + KLCC LLT + KLCC Park. In KLCC area, Isetan, which is the only Kinokuniya bookstores in Malaysia, The Suria KLCC shopping mall, Robinsons Kuala Lumpur shopping mall and Avenue K shopping mall! It’s very convenience for shopping. By the way, another Malaysia popular Pavilion Shopping Mall is also 10-minute drive away. Can you get an image of the location? In more detail, the Embassy of Japan in Malaysia is about a 5-minute drive away, and the villa Samadhi → Click Blog Hotel, where I previously wrote an article, is a 5-minute walk away.

Nobleton Crest, was completed in 2013. The nearest stations are LRT AMPANG PARK station and MRT1 Tun Lazak Exchange - TRX station, which are about a 6- to 10-minute drive away. It is difficult to walk to MRT on foot because the main street, Jalan Tun Ratrak, is in the middle of construction and maintaining the road. If there are few bridges, you can cross the main street, Jalan Tun Razak go to opposite side and it will take about 7 minutes walk from Nobleton Crest to the main street. Furthermore, if across the road and pass through the Japanese Embassy and the new luxury apartment Aria Luxury Residence, then you are reached to MRT2 Conlay station which is under construction, its takes about 15 minutes. In the other hand, if from Japanese Embassy, you can walk to Bukit Bintang Downtown.

The other station is MRT2 Persiaran KLCC Station (KLCC East), which you can reach by walking towards KLCC. However, since the area is under development as a whole, the sidewalk is not yet maintained and walking time can not be reached. Probably about 8 to 10 minutes (from Aria Luxury Residence). Nobleton Crest is located in the area of The Embassy of Jalan U Thant, Taman U Thant (also known as Ampang Hilir). There are several embassies, and it is said that security is relatively good due to the concentration of expatriates.

Nobleton Crest Luxury Low-rise Condominium are pure residential apartments with only two buildings. In a development called Build-then-sell (BTS), it will be sold after the property is completed.
