Kellie's Castle in Ipoh.

My remark:

Its like a heritage building in Angkor Wat? No, its just an unfinished castle which located in Batu Gajah, Kinta District, Perak in Malaysia. It about 40 km away from Ipoh, take about 30min to 40min. Construction was started in 1915 and ended in 1926 before completed. The owner, William Kellie Smith (1870—1926) [1] was born in 1870 in Scotland. He died at the age of 56 in 1926 and his wife finally decided to move back to Scotland. After that, the castle was never completed by worker and ruined like this. Kellie’s Castle also has been setting for film Anna and the King (1999) and film Skyline Cruisers (2000). Now it become a local tourist attraction in Ipoh! A new place to discover when you travel to Ipoh. All the instagrammable photos can be took for angle in this castle. Even now many tourist visit this castle but still recommend you to go if visit Ipoh.
