It’s been raining a lot in Malaysia lately, so I’m Aya, a Japanese wife who is fighting mold.
This time we will introduce a condominium type hotel in the Bungsar South area near the luxury residential area Bungsar.
Unlike ordinary hotels, it is a condominium type with a kitchen!
It is about 9 minutes on foot to University (Universiti) station of LRT. About 10 minutes walk to Kerinchi Station. There is a Nexus building right next door that houses many restaurants, with a wide variety and selection. The location is good, so it is recommended for business trips, long stays, short stays, and short trips.
We recommend the rooftop infinity pool! There aren’t many tall buildings around this condominium, so you can get a great view of KL from the rooftop. The sunset in the Petaling Jaya area in the west direction is really beautiful. On a sunny day, it’s romantic to enjoy the sunset of KL while relaxing on the pool bench!

Malaysia is an Islamic country, so flirting in public places is taboo, but this private jacuzzi has a curtain, so it’s recommended for couples (^^♪

This is a 3LDK living room.
The 3LDK room is spacious! The living room is to the front and the dining room to the right. There is a living room closet in the back. Malaysian houses are quite spacious compared to Japan, but although they are spacious, there are many cases where there is no storage (especially in the living room). This living room has a storage shelf and the other rooms have plenty of storage, so it’s a nice point for long stays!
This is the bedroom of Studio Deluxe (1LDK type). It is spacious enough for two people to stay.
This is the kitchen of One Bedroom Deluxe (2LDK type). Wide and easy to use U-shaped. Great for kitchen storage! What should we make today?
Studio Deluxe (1LDK type) and One Bedroom Deluxe (2LDK type) also have a study space, perfect for business people!
In Studio Deluxe (1LDK type), the washroom and toilet are integrated into a large space. It can also be used as a dressing room.
Those who book a Club room have access to the Club Lounge where they can enjoy afternoon tea. When it’s time for afternoon tea, it’s time for a small dinner, including light meals and side dishes. I am personally very hungry. . . Of course, during this time, drinks are all-you-can-drink. Also contains alcohol!
Breakfast with a great variety. A cup of delicious tropical fruits! After eating, let’s go to the sky pool! There is no Japanese food, but there are many kinds of Western food, local food, and it is very delicious.
The Invito Hotel & Residence has a gym, yoga studio, conference room, coin-operated laundry, and children’s play area, which are essential for long stays. And there is a game room with PlayStation (Sony PS4) and XBOX (Xbox Kinect) games (games can be rented at the reception), table soccer games and billiards!
