A statue of Kannon (the Goddess of Mercy) is enshrined within the facility. It is open to the public, and anyone is welcome to visit and offer prayers.

Inside the facility, numerous individual offering lights (Komyo-to) are arranged in neat rows. Each light is lit with heartfelt wishes for happiness, peace, and ancestral remembrance from those who offer them.

In Chinese cultural traditions, many people light these lamps with the hope of attracting good fortune through feng shui.

The illuminated display creates a solemn and reverent atmosphere, enhanced by decorative lighting. These prayer lights remain lit for one year and are available to anyone who wishes to apply.
