Ingredients

(1) Zucchini

Slice the Zucchini in rounds with 1cm size.

2、

Put cooking oil into frying pan and cook/grill the Zucchini in both side.

3、

Grill it until nicely charred then complete.

4、

Eat with some soy sauce.
