This time, we’re introducing a brand-new condominium-style hotel located in the northern area of Kuala Lumpur, near Titiwangsa Park. It’s just a 10-minute drive to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers and about 12 minutes to the bustling commercial and business districts, making it perfect for both business trips and sightseeing! Enjoy spacious, newly renovated rooms and a lovely rooftop pool, with stunning views of the Twin Towers and KL Tower—highly recommended for a weekend getaway! Built in 2018, this brand-new condominium features modern, calm, and clean room designs. It’s fully equipped for long stays, including a kitchen, dining area, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, open-plan layout, and iron. Plus, there’s free parking available. This is truly a luxury condominium in Malaysia!
An infinity pool with stunning KLCC views, brimming with an open, airy feel! Since there are no tall buildings near this condominium, you can enjoy a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the KLCC skyline. We spent a truly luxurious weekend here (≧◇≦). The combination of the crystal-clear blue sky, the infinity pool, and Malaysia’s iconic Twin Towers is nothing short of a spectacular vista!

You don’t need to head to the crowded city center; you can enjoy Malaysia’s urban skyline from the rooftop pool of a condominium. On this 48th-floor sky pool and sky-view deck, you can take in the 180-degree night view of KLCC, chat away, work out at the sky gym, and fully savor your “time in the sky.”
＜Room＞
This room features a living and dining area with one bedroom. There’s also a spacious area right in front of the kitchen, making it feel even more open. It’s fully equipped with essential home appliances, so it’s highly recommended for both short-stay and long-stay guests. For those planning a longer stay, the 42-inch large TV is a real plus! The view from the window showcases the lush greenery of the lake and park in Titiwangsa, located within Kuala Lumpur city. (Please note that the view may vary depending on the room.)
Spacious king-size bed. Ah~ I’ve never slept in such a large bed back in Japan. There’s also a closet right in front, so you can store your belongings securely!
Shower & Toilet Room. With two sinks, two guests can use the vanity area simultaneously. The space is truly generous! Travel days are often rushed, so having dual sinks helps save time. This room features a bathtub and an exceptionally spacious bathroom!!! Please note that the water temperature will drop if you leave the tap running for too long, so keep an eye on the temperature while filling the tub.
Malaysian condominiums with two or more bedrooms often come with two or more shower and toilet facilities, making them incredibly convenient for groups. Since travelers are often short on time during their trips, having two separate shower and toilet rooms can help save valuable time.

Breakfast venue. Located on the 8th floor next to the kids’ pool, this open-air space offers a bright and airy atmosphere.
Breakfast was Western-style, featuring bread, egg dishes (you can choose from about six options, such as fried eggs and omelets), as well as fried rice and noodles. We enjoyed a simple, healthy, and delicious morning meal.

Moving around the area is convenient using the shuttle bus service. The shuttle stops at The Intermark Mall, Suria KLCC, Pavilion Mall, KL Tower, KL Citywalk (Jalan P. Ramlee) (a newly developed dining precinct with currently few shops), and Istana Budaya/Balai Seni Negara. Current departure times from Expressionz Professional Suites are: 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 2:30 PM, and 4:30 PM.
Getting around the city is easy and affordable by hailing a private taxi via Grab, the popular ride-hailing app in Malaysia. Fares start as low as RM4 (approximately 113 yen, based on an exchange rate of RM1 = 28 yen) for short distances.
