CASA Residency 【Hotel in Malaysia】

Experience the ultimate Malaysian lifestyle in a KL city-center condominium!

Hello!

I’m Ayako, a Japanese wife who has recently gotten a bit better at making insanely delicious Chinese cuisine.

This time, we’re introducing a condominium-style hotel located in the bustling area around Bukit Bintang.

Unlike standard hotels, these units are condo-style and come with a kitchen! (Note: Studio units do not include a kitchen.)

About a 5-minute walk from the LRT and Monorail’s Hang Tuah station. Ideally located between Chinatown and Bukit Bintang, each is approximately a 15-minute walk away. Jalan Alor, the famous food street, is just about a 10-minute walk.

With its prime location, it’s highly recommended for short trips, business travel, long stays, and short-term stays alike.

Swimmers enjoy a rooftop pool with lush greenery, overlooking the Kuala Lumpur skyline and a distinctive domed building.

First and foremost, you can’t miss the pool! Surrounded by tropical plants, the area features a children’s pool and play zone alongside a gym. Standard poolside loungers are also available, making it perfect for large groups to enjoy together. If you’re looking for a quiet spot to chat, tables and chairs are set up in a rest area next to the pool—ideal for relaxing or even working on your laptop. Swim hard, Play hard, Work hard, and Rest hard!

Here’s the 2LDK living room.

I really want to relax on a big sofa! I don’t get to do that often in Japan, so I can’t help but exclaim, “Wow!” (^^♪). I’ll gaze out the window, read a book, and drift into a light doze while lounging. It’s the ultimate relaxation in a spacious living room!

Here is the studio room. It’s spacious enough for two people to stay comfortably. There’s plenty of space in the foreground of the photo, giving it an open, airy feel.

Woman standing by a large window overlooking a cityscape with green fields and buildings in Malaysia.

The windows are large and offer a great view! The recently talked-about MRT Line 1, Merdeka Station, is also nearby (though it’s a bit of a walk). Additionally, the 118-storey building and the Bukit Bintang City Center (also known as BBCC) are under construction, so the area is sure to keep developing in the coming years! (The view from the window will change once the 118-storey building is completed! But since this is Malaysia, the land of leisure, the completion date is still uncertain…)

A woman checks her appearance in a mirror inside a modern property, with the name Tabiniko visible on the glass.

The large closet doors are mirrored, making getting dressed so much fun! (^_-)-☆ Time to get ready to go out!

Modern kitchen with frosted glass cabinets, black countertops, and a built-in microwave.

The U-shaped kitchen counter is easy to use! It even comes with an oven. It’s fully equipped with all the essential items you need for long-stays or extended visits. Perfect for weekend getaways too! You can even throw a party with friends! Let’s make the most of your Malaysia life to the fullest!(^^♪

A woman smiles while opening a glass door to a modern kitchen with beige tiles and a gas stove.

Next to the kitchen is the laundry area and a secondary kitchen space (in Malaysia, this is commonly known as the “Wet Kitchen,” used when cooking generates a lot of smoke). It’s also equipped with a gas stove. It’s fascinating how kitchen types vary so much from country to country! Oh, and there’s an ironing board and iron included too. (^_-)-☆ A space that’s sure to delight any “homemaker”!

Bright lobby with a crystal chandelier, green reception desk, and a round table with flowers.

The condominium lobby is stunningly beautiful. The reception front desk operates 24 hours a day, and there’s a small convenience store right next door. The exterior entrance is also highly secure. It’s usually frequented by many foreigners, and locals reportedly use it for short trips to Kuala Lumpur and other similar occasions.

The stadium and the construction site on the right of the photo are where the 118-story building is being erected. It is reportedly going to be home to a six-star luxury hotel under the name “Merdeka PNB118,” so we’re looking forward to it!

TIPS

  • Please be absolutely sure to write “Casa Residency”, not “Casa Residences”! Double-check to avoid any mix-ups!

Be careful when entering your destination in navigation apps. If you accidentally type “Casa Residences,” you’ll end up at a completely different location.

Scheduled to open in 2021.
