My remark:

Yes, its in Putrajaya, Malaysia. When I went to the Pink Mosque (Putra Mosque), I dropped by here, Astaka Moroccan Pavilion. Its a cozy place with this Astaka Morocco, Botanical Gardens. I enjoyed the moorish architecture with the greenery surrounding. The corridors and courtyards was beautiful and its definitely good to take your memory picture here. You will never know there are a beautiful place like here. The Astaka Moroccan Pavilion is just to the lake with all the well maintained tree and palm tree. There have the rules to take picture inside, please check when you reach here. Here, they also have the buggy service to take you to the surrounding area to enjoy the whole area but I am not sure whether it will be charged or not. The time table: SESSION 1st: 930am, 1030am, 1130am. SESSION 2nd: 3pm, 4pm. Do you think you know Putrajaya? I will explore more for you!
