I’m Aya, a Japanese housewife.

Today, I’m introducing Arte Plus, a residence hotel located in the Ampang area, just north of Kuala Lumpur. I’ve stayed in various types of residence-style hotels over the years, but the interior design here is in a league of its own! From the lobby and guest rooms to the pool and courtyard, every space boasts a fresh, innovative design you won’t find in other condominiums or hotels. If you love interior design, you’re going to adore this place! Since it’s a residence hotel, there is no restaurant on-site, and breakfast is not included. I highly recommend making the most of the facilities during your stay.

Here’s the lobby. With its unique interior design unlike anything I’ve seen in other hotels, surrounded by stylish furniture that looks like it belongs in a high-end interior shop, I was thrilled the whole time as an interior design enthusiast! (^_-)-☆

The guest room where I stayed. Each room features a unique interior design! This particular room had green wall decorations, yellow furniture, and yellow accents on part of the desk, creating a very stylish look that I absolutely loved!!

The living room, dining area, and bedroom provide ample space for two guests. The left side features a floor-to-ceiling window, offering exceptional natural light!

This is the Lazy River Spa, an indoor pool located on the 35th floor of Tower 1. It feels like you’ve stepped into another dimension! I’ve never seen a pool quite like this before. You can take your time and relax as you drift along this river. The sides of the stream, where bubbles appear to cling to the walls, create an illusion so vivid it makes you feel as though you’ve wandered into a fairy tale. The pool is designed in a long, narrow shape that mimics the flow of a river. At one end of the pool, you’ll also find a Jacuzzi.

Whether you’re here as a couple for a romantic getaway or with family for a fun-filled time, this spot offers something special for everyone.

There’s also an outdoor pool. The evening illumination creates a truly magical atmosphere.

This residence boasts two pools—a Lazy River Spa and an outdoor pool—making it a truly well-equipped facility.

The courtyard also features a cozy lounge area designed to evoke the image of a floating tree. With several sofa seating spots, it’s the perfect setting for a little picnic. Cheers with a beer, even in the daytime!!!

In the evening, you can enjoy the illuminations. The lights shift between blue and purple, making it a relaxing experience to simply zone out while taking in the view.

This is the Swedish Garden, an indoor relaxation space located on the 17th floor of Tower 3. While it doesn’t actually spin, you can enjoy a sense of whimsy as if you’re riding the teacups at an amusement park. It’s the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee or catch up with friends over drinks!

Here’s the gym room on the 43rd floor of Tower 2. It’s a spacious gym with a well-equipped selection of machines, including several treadmills and a bouldering wall.

The exterior is also quite eye-catching.

This residence features three towers, with the indoor pool, gym, and garden spaces each located in separate towers. To avoid getting lost, please confirm their locations with the front desk during check-in.

Since each facility is located in a different tower, we highly recommend bringing a map or confirming the location at the front desk before you go.
The building’s layout is a bit complex. Please note that the pool, gym, and garden are each located in Tower 1, Tower 2, and Tower 3, respectively.
Please note that this condominium is still under construction in certain areas, so kindly avoid approaching the construction site.

About a 13-minute drive to the Petronas Twin Towers.

About a 9-minute drive to Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur’s most popular shopping mall.

As mentioned at the beginning, breakfast and other meals are not included. Just nearby the residence, under another complex called “M City,” there are restaurants and a supermarket. It’s new and clean, making it convenient for dining out and quick shopping trips.

There’s also Ampang Point, a local mall nearby.
